Having had a total knee replacement in October 2020 I just wish to extend my sincere thanks for the success that the operation and your efforts has allowed me to recover and return to a lifestyle of exercise which had gradually deteriorated.
Cycling and skiing have played a significant enjoyment for me and post op allowed me to get up to speed with cycling. Due to COVID skiing eluded me from spending time in Europe. However I returned to the piste last week for the first time in 2 years and I realised before I went up the mountain I had forgotten my knee brace. So with trepidation I hesitantly set off and wow, I couldn’t believe the difference it felt like a new leg. I didn’t need the brace and no after effects, swelling or discomfort.
The advice to all patients is Physio and I cannot emphasis the importance of this, it’s the secret to getting back to a quality lifestyle.
